Healthy Foods to Eat

  • We are taking all about healthy foods in the class. Healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables are essential for healthy growth. Your child will be encouraged to eat fruits and vegetables in school even if he/she does not like to eat them at home.
  • cutting up the fruits in bite size portions will encourages your child to eat his fruits.
  • Please make sure to pack enough food for your child to last him/her throughout the day. It’s always better to pack a little more food than less.
